Good but not yet perfect VERY simplified claim submission procedure. The only bad thing I've noticed: not clear for the user that you need to select all the files you want to upload and just making photos is not enough

Login Issue. The login credentials work with the website but not with the app. Looks like a very old problem, not fixed so far.

Awful app UX, lots of bugs. Looks like these guys try to make the overall claim submission process as hard as possible so that people submit fewer claims and Aetna saves money, what a shame...

The app crashes just by going into submit claims. The purpose of downloading this is mainly to have a convenient way to manage claims but this app doesn't serve its purpose at all.
