This is the worst application I have ever used! EVERY time I create a password, either it works once, and then the very next login it says it doesn't recognize this password. I have made at least 10 passwords for this app! I have been locked out several times, had to use the chat service, told by the now extinct customer service that I needed to use the right browser address, which changes depending on the customer service. UHC, please fix this app. Look at your poor reviews.

Say I sign up to the site to give all my information enter social security, and I entered membership ID nowhere to be found what goods this app at all error code 10001 about ready to get rid of the u card because I cannot view my balance

Worst APP and worst website. Their customer numbers don't work. Why 5 zeros required before login. Why sms or otp send to mobile to reset password... With difficult in app to login, are they trying not to allow users to raise claims or use their service when in urgent.? What IRDA doing... Why we go for this company service. Don't go for this insurance. Corporate companies should find better service provider. Health emergencies can't wait.
