Worst APP and worst website. Their customer numbers don't work. Why 5 zeros required before login. Why sms or otp send to mobile to reset password... With difficult in app to login, are they trying not to allow users to raise claims or use their service when in urgent.? What IRDA doing... Why we go for this company service. Don't go for this insurance. Corporate companies should find better service provider. Health emergencies can't wait.
