The application itself and the website are two of the most unfriendly user experiences I've ever used. Grateful I've never had to actually try to use the insurance because I have doubts that the policy or number would be accepted.

I think this might be a scam. I'm currently stuck in a hospital in Tanzania, because I was here weeks ago and globule sent a letter of promise to pay but never paid, and then I came back to rabies shots and cannot contact globule, and they won't let me leave, and I'm seriously in a lot of trouble now because I don't have the money to pay them. Thanks globule.

Unable to log in. I can access my policy through the website but this app asks for a "Username" which I do not have. I only use my email address and password. No place to create a USername on the app or website.

All that I want to do is look at my travel policy coverage and this app intrudes by demanding my location. And I still can't find my policy declarations page that summarizes my policy.
