What a joke of a company. Their policy says simply walking at elevation higher than 2500 m is considered "mountaineering". Newsflash, there are cities that exist at higher altitudes. All other policies at other companies define mountaineering as mountain climbing while using equipment like ropes. Also, don't let the high medical coverage fool you, they limit certain services like ambulance service to 1000 max even if you have the one million dollar medical coverage policy.

It needs work... I bought travel insurance for an upcoming trip. I have the policy number and the instructions were to use the "add policy" option in the app. For the life of me I can not find it, it's not under settings, nor documents.

I think this might be a scam. I'm currently stuck in a hospital in Tanzania, because I was here weeks ago and globule sent a letter of promise to pay but never paid, and then I came back to rabies shots and cannot contact globule, and they won't let me leave, and I'm seriously in a lot of trouble now because I don't have the money to pay them. Thanks globule.

Unable to log in. I can access my policy through the website but this app asks for a "Username" which I do not have. I only use my email address and password. No place to create a USername on the app or website.
