★★★★★ It seems good to be able to submit claims on the mobile app, but I'm not sure it is. Mobile app claims cannot be viewed on the website and website claims, mail/email claims cannot be viewed here either. They should find a way to have it all more integrated.

★★☆☆☆ Not working For a few weeks the app won't work at all. It doesn't let me log in, and when I try to change my password to log in it sends me a blank email with no link to reset.

★★☆☆☆ Keeps shutting down on me When I take photos for documentation it shuts down the app. Very frustrating.
