Absolutely Rubbish !! No professionals. No time commitment. Change the time of service on their own. I have restricted the entrance of any zimmber guy in my society of 1500 flats and also committee has put clearly on notice board that this company is strictly prohibited within the premises

Very poor service from Zimmber and complete unprofessional and annoying cutomer support and even escalation manager is also non supportive.... I booked an electrician service on 14th April and to install a switch for my AC but that guy was in so much hurry that he just wanted to finish that call as soon as possible and made some loose connection which damaged my switchboard and 3 pin top of AC. Thanks to God that nothing happened to my AC. On next day I called at least 6-7 times to zimmer executive to send some other electrician to fix this issue but they were stuck to send only previous guy and how can I trust him again so I requested them to send new guy. Customer service of zimmber is poor that they took 6 calls of mine to send new electrician. Also zimmber did not bear a single penny which I put to buy new electrical items.... as they said they will not cover material cost. Finally they scheduled new electrician on 2 pm but that guy did not come till 5 pm and again I talked to there escalation manager he was also non copoerating and said we can not arrange electrician for that day and would arrange on next day... that proposal I refused and asked them to refund 200rs in my citrus wallet so that I will arrange electrician from side.... he accepted it but after 3 days I did not receive any amount or call back from zimmber even whenever I called them to talk to escalation manager customer support executive say we will arrange callback and they do not transfer call to escalation manager... nor they call back..... Complete unprofesdional behavior by zimmber... please think twice before booking any service from them.... My original order id is 301850
