Have been waiting for 1 month to be accepted for this service. App still states: We need to review your application. When contacted regarding the delays, all I am told is: We are busier than usual, and It can be up to 14 days to review your application & the relevant team is reviewing your application. When asked about the delay and if I will still be eligible for the £30.00 cash back, all I am told is: when the relevant team has reviewed your account, you can contact us. Poor service!!
