İ was rent a car for 1h.I was parked the car 40 minutes ago (before 1h) and can not end the ride because app said the car is runing. Its 50 minutes and I call many times to zip car, and they do nothing till now.2 times they said our english support will call you within 5 minutes and not call yet. Finally after 2 hours they ask me to leave car. Also they charge me 735tl instead of 235tl!

I rented a car last week. One of the car wheels exploded, and the car didn't have a spare wheel ! And then I called Zip car, and they said that I have to call the police and get a report from them though it wasn't an accident! I called the police, and they said that there is no such a report that they can do because there is no accident and no second party! So I informed Zip car representatives about that, but they are still insisting on getting the report! And still blocking my account with them!!!!
