I looked at my balance and was seeing charges that had been paid. I was able to chat with the support team and finally figured what the problem was. Something along the lines of the payment processing system needing to be worked on. Even tho my balance was showing a crazy, it's being fixed. In reality, my payments were made, and he did say the whole program should be fixed before the end of the month.

Fix your app. My god. You have the best internet around and almost no competition for years and yet you cannot code a basic app. A single college student could do better on a 3-week deadline.

Their support page says there's a way to "release your ip" on the home page of the Zippy Fiber app, but it's nowhere to be found. This app does nothing unique compared to the web app.

Company let me pay 83 a month for over 6 months and never send a let or notice of back due owed. Apparently I was handed a bill from my father 1 month back due and the company never sent a bill saying we owed more. So I paid the 83 dollar bill I had on hand every month using the account number. When I called to pay since I haven't received a bill or call. They wanted 250 dollars for back due payments I was never aware of. And never showed it in the app. Don't use this company they will scam u
