★★★★★ I like using the zipp mobility but when I try and end the ride, and it doesn't, and I'm paying for minutes when I'm trying to end my ride.

★★★★★ Brilliant, and very useful app as I live 3 miles, and it cost less than a bus. Only thing is Zipp need to look after all scooters as some of them doesn't work after paying but got a refund so great customer service. 👍

★★★★★ Easy to use & set up. Only negative is one scooter I used was going soooo slow-people walking faster than my scooter! When you try & get in touch with support it's just a message to them, no advice what you should do. I walked dragging it to try and get to another one to swap as I needed to get a train. As the ride was still going It's difficult to find locations of available ones. I eventually managed to swap one by chance as someone was returning theirs. I have since received a refund from zipp

★★☆☆☆ I always had problem with the app first time didn't let me use the scooters because of can you go the terms and information and the second time I can't sign in when I just needed the most

★★☆☆☆ Lot of issues in zipp, Cannot end ride many times, just keep complaining daily. No improvement at all. Battery drains fast, damage zipp. Just looting public by taking there account details. If you cannot end ride it will go on continuously and its get even worse when it happens at night as you cannot call customer care, due to which all of your credit get exhausted.

★★☆☆☆ Sometimes takes a couple of minutes to end a ride, no option to stop the ride do they'll keep charging you even when you're not using the scooter
