Not really sure if it's the beta or what but, when I try to enter the game it says login successfully but then about 30sec later a window pops up saying initialization failed

Okay downloaded the game but it's not installed as under zombie dude it's installed under reverse dungeon everytime I try to go to play it it says initialization failed
