What does the app need to be strictly on Wi-Fi for when it was offline before the update everything was fine until the update now you can't play offline which is the whole point of this game!!! And why is there no ability to change your transfer a previous accounts progress?

It's fun but a new glitch. I max out my main weapon, and then it stops being used. I have a purple throwing knife and the second it becomes maxed it no longer gets thrown. Making it nearly impossible to move forward in the game. Even if I don't max it. There's a chance it will get picked when beating the boss
