Not able to add my membership card, it says there's a password error over and over even when I update the password

There are still issues when trying to add cards. It has been a year now with that problem. I would recommend Zoo to find a new app company, since apparently the current developers are not providing any value for money.

Not able to attach picture to the zoo card, making the app useless. The FAQ section has a lot of formatting issues making answers unreadable. No proper design or UX looks like an abandoned school project

In order to properly add a season pass, you have to add the same card twice. First it will fail when you add a picture, but when you try again to add the same card, that already exist in the app, then it works. I cannot for the life of me understand that Zoologist Have is willing to lend their brand to this app. Just, look at the first line of the description: "GET AS APPLE AND GET READY TO ALWAYS DISCUSSIONS". What the f. Get it together Zoologist Have!
