Very good app and helpful in Denmark if you need to charge your car ("Ebil" in Danish). After you put all your information and a payment card in the app you can easily start the charging process, review during charging, stop if necessary and get a receipt after charging ends. Highly recommended!!

The app let me pay and start charging, but wouldn't let me stop the charging. Service number at the charger didn't respond in my 15 minutes of waiting. Had to wait till the car finished charging to 100%, so that it released automatically.

Can't add OK card, always reports "internet connection error" even though it can pull down news and was just installed. Tested on 5G and Wi-Fi. Tested with and without VPN makes the app useless

It's not the app itself that I have something to complain about. But rather the release time of the amount reserved on Debit Cards, which can take up to a couple of days. If you happen to charge at different spots for short periods of time during the day. The amounts reserved will keep adding up until released, a process which can take up to 48 hours. Today I tried Norlys, which is a bit expensive but the reserved amount was released immediately upon finishing the charging process...
