Soon bad app not working, so bad service no body answers the calls 4 hours more than 5 times no body answer the calls just waiting, and they disconnect the call !!!! After that they send infringement Late payment of an invoice

Widgets have been broken for months now, not displaying any value. The home tab has this enormous graphic, that when certain conditions are met, it pushes the energy price display down under the visible display, filling your landing page and screen with this singular useless graphic information. You of course scroll down to see what you want to see, but this is a grossly inefficient dashboard. Based on your screen aspect ratio and layout scaling, this either gets better or worse.

3 days now that we can't see the usage in kroner, only in kw/h. I've uninstalled and reinstalled fix it electricity is expensive enough I need to know my daily usage in kroner it worked fine for months and right after an update, it stops I doubt I'm the only one my account hasn't changed, the app is the app. It has no reason to suddenly stop working 4-5 days after the app was updated. Coincidence?! I'm not wasting time with customer service which will tell me to reinstall...which I've tried

App keeps crashing on Android Samsung S25 edge since yesterday 28th March when I want to check the hourly price. Phone tells me it has a bug and to update it once developers will have fixed it and released an update. I uninstalled and reinstalled it without success. Cleared cache. Restarted the phone. App is bugged.

Which kind of company have a nice transparent feature of price/hour in the app and the remove it, replacing by some horrible environment impact/hour and then completely removing? Here are some more characteristics: * Slow * Full of racing conditions leading to a horrible experience * Complicated way to present the bills The fun thing is that the app worked quite OK before Andel acquired seas-nve, and change the app from the green theme to the blue theme.
