Which kind of company have a nice transparent feature of price/hour in the app and the remove it, replacing by some horrible environment impact/hour and then completely removing? Here are some more characteristics: * Slow * Full of racing conditions leading to a horrible experience * Complicated way to present the bills The fun thing is that the app worked quite OK before Andel acquired seas-nve, and change the app from the green theme to the blue theme.

Soon bad app not working, so bad service no body answers the calls 4 hours more than 5 times no body answer the calls just waiting, and they disconnect the call !!!! After that they send infringement Late payment of an invoice

Widgets have been broken for months now, not displaying any value. The home tab has this enormous graphic, that when certain conditions are met, it pushes the energy price display down under the visible display, filling your landing page and screen with this singular useless graphic information. You of course scroll down to see what you want to see, but this is a grossly inefficient dashboard. Based on your screen aspect ratio and layout scaling, this either gets better or worse.

Does not seem to work. The hourly price is only showing yesterday! Does not enable to yearly historic of kwh usage. Very poor app.
