Tried to book a taxi by phone (no luck and operator quite rude and offhand, said to ring back after nine) I then had to download the app (I'm not very good on apps 🤦) To cut a long story short.... I had a taxi 5 minutes later. One of my regular drivers (driver # 555) one of the nicest guys you can meet, he's very polite, courteous, happy and friendly, oh and a good laugh. Thanks my friend for making what for me was an anxious time trying to get to work on time pleasurable

I ordered a taxi for 1455. Kids waiting 20 minutes outside school for 20 minutes. Rang at 3pm and said taxi not sent yet. Rang up 310 and was connected to driver who hang up by saying taxi will take longer if I ring him Avoid these and just get Uber.

Service questionable. As much as drivers are lovely, and you can't really fault them, staff on the phone is absolutely horrendous. Do nit bother to use pre-booking services as it won't arrive on time. I was informed that pre-booking taxi is not guaranteed that taxi will be on time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Useless taxi firm. They charge you more than the app says when paying cash, then never arrive on time when pay via card. I won't be using Zoom/City anymore. Lost a good regular customer. Phoned the taxi firm up, and was promised the manager would phone me. 8 days later, no call, no refund, and no customer service.
