Always works great. No free trial always free and easy to use would recommend this app. If the wife hears a noise outside I don't have to go out in my PJs with a torch middle of a cold nite I just open app and can see all around my house. Wonderful

It suddenly says Failed to log in. I even tried to reset my DVR and tried to register new account to OSI, but It says "Cannot Register" this app is really worst. No matter how you try Log-in, forgot password, or create account, it. Doesn't.

Dreadful. Used to work really well, then they updated the app a couple of years ago, and now it simply won't connect to the server. Can't log in, can't register a new account. It's basically a disaster of an app. I wish there was some way to go back to the previous version which worked perfectly. Our 8 ZOSI security cameras are now pretty much worthless as we cannot view them remotely. Sorry ZOSI, but I recommend anyone thinking of buying a security camera system to avoid ZOSI.
