Awesome experience, I have great success with this app, it makes communications so easy and the features are above anyone else in the market...if you have a problem it's because your Integrator is unfamiliar with proper settings.

Becoming a better experience. The mobile app pairs pretty well with their phone system. Messaging and call management both function as they should and provide a good number of ways to deliver calls and take voicemails. My company sells and services these systems and over the last couple of years the app seems to have made good progress towards being a useful part of the Zultys MX systems. The ios app still works better than the android.

Drops calls even when close to a wireless AP. Sometimes when I answer a call the other end can't hear me or there is a bad echo. The app will continue to ring even after I pick up my desk phone. Other than that it's ok?

This is just not good. If I hold my phone anywhere near my ear to listen to voicemail messages, the messages just stop. Call quality is lousy. I was told Zultys would be completely separate from my own cell phone, however, if you use Wi-Fi and have the soft Wi-Fi setting turned on (which turns on by itself all the time), when somebody calls you, and you answer, instead of picking up the call, your own cell phone rings. If you don't answer that 2nd call, the caller gets YOUR PERSONAL voicemail!
