Use this app at your own risk. Always infinite loading, no proper OTP validation logic, no transactional logic. Stuck at loading, errors, cancel order but still consume voucher anyway. Not one time issue. Wasted coupons and 20 minutes brunch time just trying to place a single order and then another days for CS to connect. System always on load when not even peak hour.

The app is okay overall. However, I don't like how it rewards the customer. I always order via app. Most of the vouchers I can get is available for pickup only. Even the accumulated points and other rewards are only for pickup. That's why sometimes it's better to use grab since not everyone has the time to go in store I just think the rewards earned aren't worth it if you're using the app. Since it only favors pick up customers.

Not recommend, zus credit expired, seek for assistance to get back my credit but never get reply from zus. Better switch to lucking coffee, more affordable and tasty.

Your customer service is not satisfactory. I already paid for my order, but I did not receive it. I have already been charged, but my order was not delivered. Please check this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible.

Everytime I pay n go back to zus app it will restart the app n show I haven't paid but when I check my bank it already being deducted where it will lead to double payment if I continue the process. Kinda suck
