The gift keep showing up on my cart, and it is out of stock, so I cannot order from app. Tried started new order, tried new phone, tried closing/reopening app and even uninstalled and installed. Already clicked to remove the free items, and it's still showing so cannot place to order.

The apps are ok and drinks are good. However, the customer support is terrible. I have made a report regarding my drinks being delivered to the wrong house (as I can't put my exact location in the apps, but I did put my exact address on the delivery instructions). When I raised the report, I got the automated response. I got the response from their so-called specialist the next day, but before I can reply to the response, the specialist immediately ended the chat/close the report.

I tried to order pick up and nothing appears when it comes to select outlet. When i ise the map it says unauthenticated. Nonsense. It was simple and easy before. Now it just doesn't work for pick-ups.

Not recommend, zus credit expired, seek for assistance to get back my credit but never get reply from zus. Better switch to lucking coffee, more affordable and tasty.
