⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a coffee lover, I’ve slowly switched to Gigi Coffee. The app is very user-friendly, with a simple and attractive UI that makes ordering easy. The coffee is also reasonably priced for its quality, and the vouchers and promotions are often better than other brands. Previously Gigi coffee's biggest advantage was their loyalty program. I still remember few years ago I bought 7 lattes and straight away can use to collected points to redeem extra latte. But now Gigi Coffee degraded the points, until I will need to buy 30 lattes in order to get enough points to redeem extra one. I am a team leader and sometimes will treat my team members to have a cup of coffee. Since Gigi degraded the loyalty program that much, I will definitely switch to other coffee brands

It was already frustrating when you reduced the daily login points, but now you have doubled the points required to redeem a drink or voucher right when I finally reached nearly 200 points. If you cannot afford to run a loyalty program, do not offer one. This feels like a scam. Trash coffee shop, I hope you close down soon.
