When I order a drink in app when arrived the staff told us drink it's not available! WTH? If it's not available then why not just list as not available? Why need to waste our time for waiting an empty drink

I really like gigi coffee but as a student, it's hard for me to go outside. When I want to order delivery through gigi coffee, it brings me to FP, GF and SF. I'm okay with that, but I can't use any voucher that I have in the Gigi coffee app and don't get points either. Please... just do something about it...
