Initially, headset did not keep charging. But, good customer service and standing for their product, headset was replaced. I've been swimming with music since and LOVE IT. I'm very proud to have a 'hot' swimming headset. I love sharing my experience. THANKS ZYGO.

I love the ability to stream music while I swim. But the controls don't work well on the unit and I cannot download firmware updates. Have tried twice now. I hope the newer version is better than the one I have.

Have the first generation. Headset lasts 40 mins tops and constantly disconnects and turns off during that time. Annoying because I can't go a full workout uninterrupted. Too expensive for such a faulty item. I even received a replacement from zygo after the same problem persisted with the first one I had. Problem never got solved.

After more than 6 months of production delays, we finally got the headset device. The company offered a free year of subscription to their app, but you rhave to renew it quarterly. After the first quarter (which was free), the subscription charged me a monthly fee. The hardware is VERY buggy. Charging doesn't stay consistent, so I never knew if it was going to be ready to go for a workout.

I had three sets and all three sets broke after daily use after about 4 months. The first set was under warranty, and I was able to swap for the second set for a new set. When the second set fizzled out, I was not able to swap it but was offered 20% off the third set. The third set is prob the worst- it fizzled out the fastest and has the worst sound quality. Pretty disappointing for the price and the hype, and now I'm stuck with a set of bone conducting head sets that I don't work and I can't
