★★☆☆☆ 1) RocketUncle Staff say cannot rely on Google Map because Map location got error. The map inside the App is only for helping Delivery Partners to see overall, not for location reference. (Then why waste time to use Google Map? Why not use a combination of Assisted-GPS & GPS to pinpoint location?) 2) Constant alarm irritating drivers, even at night also ring when there's no jobs in Queue, ringing notification even when logout of App. App is poorly written, draining Battery life Significantly. 3) No support/protection for delivery partners when things goes wrong. (Try calling the hotline for afternoon/evening delivery issues, takes forever to pick up.) 4) Terms and Conditions not comprehensive enough. 5) No Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ask for SOP, manuals or directives, replied: "Don't have, call in hotline to consult/know more." Then penalise drivers for not knowing the Basic rules/penalties/SOP. How can one play soccer game without knowing the game basic rules/penalties in the first place? Awaits the improvement before I remove the comments. 6) Messy display when Assigned jobs by Requester/Staff displaying side by side with Taken jobs by Partners.

★★☆☆☆ Earning for rider is very very low price Despatch is the dangerous job cause I'm was part of it.. at the same time all rider was sacrifice for everything like credit cell phone, petrol,even energy to do the job..+ - rider dont get anything accept tired... If our zyllem management know hard of to do this job from A to Z is very² not reasonable price pls upgrade high price rate for customer rate n at the same time all rider or despatch got benefits of it.. Note - this is the same day delivery...think about it..
