The app is good, but an English version of this app would have been better. There are many foreigners who use Samsung Card and need to translate every page of this app. Having an English language option will make the app much more usable to a larger audience

It will be a great experience for many people like me, if there is an English language options also. I am not able to fully utilize the app, due to the language barrier. Do consider releasing an English version, and the same with the Monimo App.

Clearly not foreigner friendly. Customer service is arrogant and rude. I bring several million dollars of tax to the Korean government and employ hundreds of Korean people. Yet korean banking system still thinks that Foreigners are a liability rather than a useful advantage. This is why korean companies will lose their grasp on domestic market sooner or later:Korea changes but korean companies still refuse to see it. I shift to other credit card companies and invite other Foreigners to do so.

It was all in Korean and I could not read it. When you first get started it goes smoothly, and it keeps asking for the same thing over and over again.

Absolutely terrible app. Filled with unnecessary options and ways to confuse the user. Bloated with ads to an unbearable point. Just awful.

I was directed here to review or to uninstall this app? I tried both. All I want to do is pay for something online for heaven's sakes. Instead, I'm playing ring a ring o roses with an app that has no courtesy to present important information in a language that my phone is set to. Is it really 2024?
