Authorize your device using a QR code or short code, then turn the VPN on and off with one button. The main screen shows the connection status.
The service provider supplies available routes, their priorities, and connection checking and recovery settings. 4VPN applies these settings for your current network, checks the connection and attempts automatic recovery after a disruption or a change between Wi-Fi and cellular. When you turn the VPN off yourself, automatic recovery does not turn it back on.
Keep Automatic mode or choose an available country. When Special Mode is active, the app shows this separately and keeps your country preference for a later return. The service's routing rules and your personal exceptions determine which connections use the tunnel.
Contact support and read replies in the app. A detailed technical report requested by support is sent only after your separate approval. Declining it does not restrict VPN use, and you can withdraw your consent.
Activation and connection management require device information and technical connection results. These data are linked to your device and account. The initial disclosure and privacy policy explain the data, recipients and retention periods.
4VPN works only with its supported service infrastructure. It does not import arbitrary VPN configurations. Connection availability depends on your network and the service.
