AccPilot

AccPilot is the capture companion for accounting firms and the businesses they serve. Snap a receipt, invoice or delivery order at the counter, and it is read, filed under the right client and waiting for review on the AccPilot web app, long before the paper reaches the office.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Pick a client, point the camera, tap. A whole batch at a time, from the camera or the photo library.
• Every capture is read automatically: vendor, date, document number, amount and the individual lines, including service charges, tax and discounts.
• Works offline. Captures queue on the phone and upload the moment you are back online.
• History shows every document for a client with its status — processing, to review, done, or needing a second look — and a search across vendors, file names and document numbers.
• Open any document to see the picture full-screen, what was read from it, and, when something needs checking, plain words about what.
• Credits in view: the firm's balance shows before you capture, so there are no surprises.

BUILT FOR MALAYSIAN FIRMS

• Reads thermal receipts in English, Malay and Chinese, SST and service tax lines, rounding adjustments and e-wallet payments.
• Ringgit books with foreign-currency documents handled as foreign.
• Every export from the web app is a plain, self-describing workbook your accounting software imports — AccPilot is not another ledger.

HOW IT FITS

Firms create their account and set up clients on the web at app.accpilot.com. Team members sign in to the app with the same email, capture on-site, and the review, coding and export happen on the web. Nothing is posted without a person confirming it.

An AccPilot account is required. Plans and credits are managed on the web.
