Active Desk - EMS

ActiveDesk is the employee app for your company's HR system. Mark attendance, manage leave and see your pay details from your phone.

SELFIE PUNCH IN & PUNCH OUT
• Check in and out with a quick selfie. The app finds your face and captures the photo automatically.
• Your photo is matched against your enrolled face, so attendance is accurate and can't be faked.
• Location-based attendance lets you punch in only at your assigned work location, if your company turns it on.
• Take a break with one tap and get a reminder when it's time to check back in.

ATTENDANCE AT A GLANCE
• See today's status, worked hours and full session history.
• Monthly calendar view of present days, absences, leave and holidays.
• Request corrections for missed punches, time changes or shift changes.

LEAVE MADE EASY
• Apply for leave in seconds and track approval status.
• See your leave balances and request history.
• View your company's holiday calendar.

PAY & FINANCE
• View and download your monthly payslips.
• Manage your bank details securely.
• Submit reimbursement claims with receipts.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• A PIN or biometric lock protects sensitive information such as salary and bank details.
• Sign in with your company account or Google.

STAY INFORMED
• Reminders so you never forget to punch in or out.
• Notifications when your requests are approved or rejected.
• Read company policies and keep your documents in one place.
