**Direct play comes first**
Play compatible media directly with Apple's native player, including supported H.264, HEVC, AC-3, and E-AC-3 formats. Cinema lets Jellyfin handle conversion when needed. Familiar playback controls include seeking, available audio and subtitle tracks, and AirPlay.

**Pick up where you left off**
Resume streaming from your saved position, with Continue Watching and Next Up connected to your Jellyfin account. Let the next episode start automatically, including across seasons, or cancel the countdown to keep watching the credits.

**Take your library with you**
Download movies and episodes for offline viewing. Choose a smaller copy or a compatible original, select available language options, and manage storage from the app. Cached artwork and details keep saved library content browsable offline.

Skip intros, recaps, and credits when your server provides segment information. Enable Auto-skip Intro to skip opening titles automatically. For movies, discover More Like This recommendations while the credits continue playing in the corner.
