AlcoLog helps you understand your drinking with session tracking, habit scoring, personal goals, smart alerts, insights, and a fully functional sober support mode. One app, two modes. No judgment, just awareness.

SOBER MODE
Switch modes and AlcoLog counts alcohol-free days instead of drinks. A ten-second check-in each evening, a breathing exercise to ride out a craving, milestones marked as they land, and a running total of the money and calories you have not spent. Slipped? Tell AlcoLog. Your days stay in your history, and you can switch back to tracking whenever you want.

ALCOSCORE HABIT SYSTEM
A 0-100 habit score across six weighted pillars: frequency, intensity, trend, control, behavior and recovery, on a rolling 28-day window. Every session ends with Proud Points, Pinch Points and helper/harmer notes.

PERSONAL GOALS
Pick a goal at setup: cut back, stay under a limit, build sober days, or quit entirely, which turns on Sober Mode. AlcoLog tracks weekly progress with no nags. Hit a 4-week under-target streak or a sobriety milestone for a celebration card.

REAL-TIME SESSION TRACKING
Start a session and log drinks. Units, calories, cost, count and timer tick in real time. Dynamic Island, Live Activities and Smart Stack widgets add a drink, log water or end the session. Forgot last night? Add it as a past session.

1,174 DRINKS, 91 SIZES, 8 REGIONS
596 beers and ciders, 441 spirits and seltzers, 93 liqueurs and 44 wines, 46 of them alcohol-free, plus 44 cocktail recipes. Glass sizes follow your region.

PHOTO, MENU & RECEIPT SCANNING
Snap your drink and AI fills in its type, strength, size and calories. Photograph a menu and AI lists every drink with its sizes and prices. Scan a receipt to log the whole round.

BARCODE SCANNER
Scan any barcode. AlcoLog checks Open Food Facts, USDA, LCBO and FatSecret for ABV, calories and nutrition. All four scanners are Premium, with 5 free AI scans to try in total.

LOCATION TAGGING & HOME LOCATION (PREMIUM)
Every drink is auto-tagged with a friendly place name, and a session map shows where your night went. Auto-start when you leave home, auto-end on arrival, with saved venues. Location stays on your device.

SMART ALERTS
Limits for units (Free) or calories, cost and drinks (Premium). Cross-threshold alerts and auto-incrementing limits. Hydration reminders, motivational notes and session auto-stop.

MEDICATIONS
Log Naltrexone, Gabapentin, Acamprosate, Disulfiram, Nalmefene, Topiramate, and GLP-1 agonists. Track doses, set redose timers, pin reminders to venues. Built for the Sinclair Method and other evidence-based approaches.

WIDGETS, SIRI AND APPLE WATCH
Home and Lock Screen widgets in every size. Premium adds 10 Siri Shortcuts, Smart Stack widgets, and the Watch app: AlcoScore, sessions, drink logging, medications, and 16 complications with real-time sync.

HISTORY AND INSIGHTS
Calendar heatmap reveals patterns. Trend graphs track units, drinks, calories and cost. Sober-streak trophies mark your best runs. Export to CSV (Free) or PDF (Premium, unlimited).

PRIVACY FIRST
Your drink log never reaches AlcoLog's servers; Premium backs it up daily to your own iCloud. No account required. No third-party analytics, ads, or crash SDKs. Anonymous data sharing is off by default.
