How Anchor Works
Daily CBT Check-Ins Each morning, complete a quick guided check-in to measure urges, triggers, emotions, and commitments. Anchor adapts support based on your patterns and progress.
Panic Button (Instant Help) When urges spike, tap the panic button to: • Get immediate AI coaching • Enter community support chat • Lock betting apps for high-risk periods • Activate enforceable commitments
Support when you need it most.
Enforced Betting Locks Temporarily block access to gambling platforms during vulnerable windows. Reduce impulsive behavior before it happens.
Streak & Financial Progress Track abstinence streaks, money saved, losses avoided, and long-term financial recovery projections. See tangible proof of your progress.
--
Personalized Recovery Anchor’s AI analyzes: • Check-in patterns • Time-of-day usage • Emotional signals • Relapse history • Urge intensity
It adjusts coping strategies, prompts, and support intensity when relapse risk rises - increasing accountability exactly when you need it.
--
Designed for Real Change After consistent use, users typically experience: • Longer abstinence streaks • Reduced urge frequency and intensity • Clear visibility into money saved • Improved emotional control • Rebuilt confidence and trust
Anchor helps transform “I’ll try to stop” into structured, sustainable recovery.
--
Who Anchor Is For • Adults who bet daily on sports, prediction markets, or online casinos • Individuals who feel guilt after losses • People seeking accountability and structure • Users who want evidence-based tools — not motivation alone
--
Important Anchor does not facilitate gambling. It is a recovery and behavioral support tool designed to help users reduce or eliminate gambling behavior.
