AndyInvoicer Mini

AndyInvoicer Mini is a straightforward and easy to use invoice management app for your iPhone. Ideal for individuals, self-employed workers or small businesses it provides simple but powerful invoicing with a clear, clean interface and easy options for printing, emailing and copying invoices.

Invoices are set up with automatic progressive numbering.

Clients/customer details are created as required and can be stored in the app for future use

Charge lines can be added for billable items, rate charges (per hour, per day, per metre, etc.) or ad-hoc entries. Rates & bill items can be set up in advance or added as required.

Tax can be added to invoices but only as a percentage of the overall total - individual charge lines cannot be marked as taxable/non-taxable. The tax name, rate and rounding rules can be set.

The invoice format is essentially fixed for ease of use but allows a footer line to be added for banking details, payment terms, etc. Invoices can be previewed in their final format before being printed or emailed.

Invoices can be grouped into paid/unpaid and the summary details can be exported to be used in spreadsheets, word processors and other apps.
