Apex Coach Client App

Apex Coach Client is the app for clients of personal trainers who work with Apex Coach. Your coach sets up your account, you sign in and find your workout plan, your meal plan and everything you need to train, eat well and track your progress, always connected to your coach.

TRAINING
• Your workout plan, always up to date, with guided workouts, exercise videos and rest timer
• Log sets, reps, loads and RPE as you train, with a Live Activity on the lock screen
• Full history, personal records and load progress

NUTRITION
• Your coach's meal plan and a food diary with calories and macros
• Barcode scanner for foods
• Custom meals and daily targets

PROGRESS AND HEALTH
• Body weight, measurements, progress photos and body composition
• Periodic check-ins to send to your coach
• Recovery from your daily check-in (HRV, sleep, wellbeing)
• Apple Health integration: steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep and energy sync automatically

• Direct chat and group chat
• Appointments, calendar and personal training sessions

• Quick actions and a dashboard with your key numbers
