App Blocker - FocusHound

Block the apps you keep opening and scroll less. FocusHound locks them on your schedule or with one tap, and your hound stands guard. Need a break? Walk or breathe with him to unlock.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps that pull you in: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games, anything. Keep the ones you need.
2. Set schedules for work, evenings and bedtime, and blocking starts and stops on its own. Or tap once to focus right now.
3. Your hound guards those apps until the time is up, then celebrates when you finish.

WALK OR BREATHE TO UNLOCK
Need a break? Walk your hound for 5 minutes (400 steps) or take five slow breaths, then pick 5, 10 or 15 minutes of apps. Each break in a day takes one more breath than the last, to gently discourage phone use over the day.

STRICT WHEN YOU NEED IT
End a session early with a long press, or turn on Strict and it runs to the end.

BLOCKS THAT HOLD
FocusHound runs on Apple's Screen Time, so your apps stay locked even when FocusHound is closed.

PRIVATE
Your list of blocked apps and websites stays on your phone.

SUBSCRIPTION
FocusHound requires a subscription after a free trial for eligible new subscribers. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
