Runs from Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Coros, Suunto, Huawei and Xiaomi arrive through Apple Health. Live heart rate comes from any watch or chest strap that broadcasts over Bluetooth. Apple Watch gets its own Arena app with GPS and heart rate, no phone needed.
