HealthKit also enables the Armbeep Watch app to look into HR measurements that your Apple Watch may be collecting automatically throughout the day and especially during rest periods and night sleep. Accurate measurements of heart rate are used to calculate Heart Rate Variability (HRV) index, which can be integral to understanding player's possible stress levels.
