Play two slightly different tones, one in each ear, and your brain perceives the difference as a “beat.” The frequency-following response gently nudges your brainwaves toward it — toward deep delta for sleep, theta for meditation, alpha for calm focus, or beta for alert work.
WHAT MAKES AURALMONIC DIFFERENT
• Three modes — binaural (headphones), isochronic (works on a speaker), and monaural
• Set the exact frequencies — carrier and beat Hz, not vague “sleep/focus” buttons
• Descent programs — glide the beat from alert down into deep sleep over a session
• Synthesized sound beds — brown, pink, white, rain and ocean, mixable under the tone
• Tinnitus sound therapy — match the pitch of your ringing and listen to pink or brown noise with exactly that frequency carved out
• True L/R balance for hearing asymmetry
• Sleep timer with a gentle fade, background playback, lock-screen controls
• Works fully offline, no account, completely private — the audio is generated on your device
PRESETS FOR EVERY STATE
Deep Sleep · Power Nap · Theta Meditation · Schumann 7.83 · Locked-In Focus · Flow · Gamma Insight · Calm · Lucid Threshold · 528 Hz · 432 Hz, and more.
GUIDED PROGRAMS
Staged journeys that move the beat for you — Full Cycle Nap, Deep Descent, Sunrise Wake, Focus Blocks, and the three tinnitus programs: Notched, Masker and Sleep.
For best results with binaural beats, use headphones.
Sound therapy is support, not treatment. Many people find notched noise makes ringing less noticeable while they listen; nobody should expect a cure. If your ringing is new, one-sided, or comes with hearing loss, see an audiologist.
Auralmonic is designed for relaxation, focus, and meditation support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
