Awhile: Mindful Browsing

Use Instagram without handing your attention to Reels. Awhile is a focused Instagram browser that keeps the useful parts within reach and hides the surfaces that trigger endless scrolling.

CHOOSE WHAT STAYS
. Block Reels and the home Feed
. Hide Explore and Stories
. Keep DMs, profiles and notifications
. Open a chronological Following Only feed
. Use Messages Only when you just need to reply

BUILT FOR INTENTIONAL CHECK-INS
Awhile loads the real Instagram website inside its own browser and applies your filters locally. It does not modify the native Instagram app. A timer, scroll reminders and section-level stats help interrupt doomscrolling without forcing you to delete your account. On iPhone and iPad, optional Screen Time reminders for the native Instagram app are available in Settings > Time & reminders.

FREE
. Hide Feed, Reels, Explore and Stories
. One Instagram account with no daily limit
. Grayscale, scroll reminders, PIN controls and daily stats

PREMIUM
. Messages Only and Following Only
. Up to 10 accounts, a session timer and detailed 7-day stats

PRIVACY
No ads and no advertising tracking. Instagram content, credentials and login cookies are not sent to ARCKONE. EU-hosted product statistics and crash reports use a random installation ID, never an advertising ID. You can turn them off at any time in Settings > Security > Privacy, which stops sending immediately.

Awhile is an independent app by ARCKONE SRL. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Awhile is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta.
