• Threads — Hide the home feed, feed tabs, follow suggestions, activity and replies. Read only the accounts you chose.

• Reddit — Hide infinite scroll, the Popular tab and endless recommendations. Browse without the rabbit hole.

• Facebook — Remove Reels, Stories, Watch and Marketplace noise. Keep Groups and Messenger.

• X (Twitter) — Hide the For You timeline, Trends and Who to follow. Read chronologically.

• YouTube — Hide Shorts, autoplay and recommendations. Watch only what you chose.

• LinkedIn — Filter the feed and keep your network. Messages Only mode for focused professional use.

NOT SUPPORTED: TIKTOK AND SNAPCHAT
Both appear in the network list, but neither can be switched on. Their web versions expose too little to filter usefully, so UNDOOMED marks them unavailable instead of pretending to help.

CHOOSE YOUR FILTERS
Choose filters for supported networks. Options vary by network and plan; advanced filters require Pro:

MESSAGES ONLY MODE
Skip the feeds entirely. Available for Instagram DMs and LinkedIn messages.

SMART TIME LIMITS
• Hourly or daily caps
• Apply to infinite scroll only, or to all usage
• Choose what happens at the limit: lock access, switch to Messages Only, or go home
• Optional Parent Lock protects settings with a 4-digit PIN. Find it in Focus > Protection (shield icon); create a PIN, then choose what to protect under Lock Options.
