PassTrack – Digital Hall Pass Management for K–12 Classrooms

Replace your paper sign-out sheet with a fast, private, and fully offline hall pass system designed for elementary, middle, and high school classrooms. PassTrack helps teachers manage student hall passes efficiently while maintaining complete privacy and data security.

FEATURES

• Fast and Easy Sign-Out
Students can sign out in seconds using their student ID number—no logins or passwords required. The process is quick and minimally disruptive, so class continues smoothly even when a student needs to leave the room.

• Simple Setup
Import your class rosters via CSV from your Student Information System, or add students manually. Setup takes just minutes, and an interactive in-app tutorial guides you through the first-time configuration.

• Private and Fully Offline
All data stays on your device. PassTrack works 100% offline with no cloud storage or external servers, ensuring complete privacy. No student information is ever uploaded, analyzed, or shared. (An internet connection is only needed temporarily if you choose to unlock premium features via a one-time purchase.)

• Multi-Student and Destination Tracking
Track multiple students out on passes at the same time. Students select their destination (Bathroom, Library, Nurse, Office, etc.) when signing out, so you always know who is out and where they went.

• Detailed Logs and Reports
The app records every pass event, giving you a clear history for documentation and accountability.

• Free to Use, One-Time Upgrade for Premium
Download and use all core features for free—no ads and no subscriptions ever. The free version includes unlimited student entries, a pass timer, and log viewing.

PREMIUM FEATURES (Optional One-Time Upgrade)

• Individual Student Reports
View detailed pass histories to identify students who may be missing excessive class time.

• Pass Limits
Set daily or weekly pass limits by class period/block or across all classes.

• Editable Student Names and Exemptions
Edit student names and exempt specific students from pass limits when necessary.
