• Speak in any order. Mix groceries, follow-ups, kid pick-ups and meeting prep. BeFree parses each piece and routes it to the right place.
• Decide what still matters. If a task slips, review it on The Shelf. Move it, reschedule it, or let it go.
• See what was saved. Review the tasks, reminders, events, list items and notes BeFree filed. Apple Reminders and Calendar sync are optional and off until you connect them.
• Calm by default. No app icon badge or nudges to "engage". One mic. One sheet. Drop the noise and walk away.
• Speak from anywhere. Capture from the Lock Screen, a Home Screen widget, the Action Button, or say "Hey Siri, talk to BeFree".
• On your wrist. The Apple Watch app shows what is next and captures straight from your wrist.
• Read your saved items offline. Changes sync when you are back online. AI sorting and access verification need a connection.

What it captures:

• Calendar events with the date and time you said
• Time-based reminders, including recurring schedules

• It does not try to be your accountability coach.
• It does not ping you with motivational nudges.
• It does not try to replace your calendar. It feeds it.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial through the App Store, which needs a payment method. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Without an active trial or subscription, a new account shows plans only; you can still export your data, delete your account or change account settings. Accounts created before this change keep their existing terms. Prices are in USD; your local price is shown before subscribing. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the trial ends or, without a trial, when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple account settings.
