Track naps, bedtime and wake-ups. Adjust the time when you are logging after the moment, and edit your latest entry when plans change.

MAKE WAKE WINDOWS EASIER
Set your baby’s wake window, usual nap length, morning wake time and bedtime. BetterNaps uses these settings and your sleep log to work out sleep reminder timing. Update the settings as your baby’s routine changes.

SEE WHAT JUST HAPPENED
Check whether your baby is awake or asleep and how long it has been. Find your latest sleep entry in the Latest tab, with more sleep history available with cloud storage.

KEEP SLEEP STATUS CLOSE
Live Activities keep sleep status at a glance on supported iPhones.

OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION
Start with sleep logging on your device. A subscription adds cloud storage, sleep reminders and sharing with another parent or caregiver. Reminders require notification permission.
