bHandy ～飲食店向けオーダー用ハンディアプリ～

■説明
bHandyは、お使いのiPhone/iPod touchが飲食店等のオーダー用ハンディ端末として使用するためのアプリです。
注：本アプリの利用にはblaynレジスターの導入が必要です（blaynレジスターとは、ブレイン株式会社が提供するPOSレジスターです）

基本操作はお馴染みのスワイプ、タップ、フリックにより動作します。

ハンディから受けたオーダーは、関連する全ての端末に同期され、クラウドサーバにもデータ保存されます。
同時に、blaynレジスター本体にもデータが同期。お会計はblaynレジスター本体で行います。

キッチンプリンターを併用することで、部門（フード/ドリンク）や場所（ホール/キッチン）別に印字出力することも可能です。
注：対応プリンター機種についてはWebサイトで別途ご確認ください。

オーダーはインターネットを経由せずに各端末に送信することが可能ですので、インターネットを利用するPOSレジにありがちなグローバルネットワークの障害等でキッチンプリンタに印字ができない等の問題は回避されます。

■主な機能
・オーダー
店舗内の複数のiPhone、iPod touchから簡単にオーダーを取ることができます。
メニューはblaynレジスターで自由に設計でき、オーダーが入ったメニューをキッチンプリンターに印字できます。

・稼働状況の確認
客数、男女比率、空いているテーブル、テーブル毎のオーダー状況などを簡単に確認できます。

・並べ替え(バー表示のみ)
テーブルの表示を使用金額や入店時間で並べ替えができます。使用金額が低いテーブルや入店後時間が経過しているテーブルを容易に把握することができます。

・タイマー設定
飲み放題等、時間制限のあるシチュエーションに活用できます。

・商品説明
提供する商品の説明を画面上に表示できます。コース内容やワイン銘柄など、スタッフに記憶させるのが大変なものを表示させ教育コストを軽減することができます。

・残数
提供する商品の残数を登録することで残数や欠品情報が瞬時に把握できます。欠品商品のオーダーを受けてしまうクレームも回避できます。
