Bill To Book

Bill To Book is the fastest way to get a paper bill off your desk and into the right inbox.

Point, scan, done. Tap the button, capture the document with the built-in scanner, and Bill To Book flattens it into a clean PDF and drops it straight into a pre-addressed email — ready to send. No exporting, no fiddling with attachments, no hunting for the right address.

WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT

• One button. The whole app is a single tap — scan and send.
• Automatic PDFs. Pages are captured, cropped, and combined into a sharp, multi-page PDF for you.
• Sequential receipt numbers. Every scan is numbered automatically, so your books stay in order.
• The right recipient, every time. Each company has its own default email — override it for a one-off send whenever you need to.
• Multiple companies. Keep separate senders, recipients, and counters for each business you run.
• Private by design. Your scans never touch our servers. The PDF goes out through your own Mail account — nothing is collected, tracked, or stored online.

PERFECT FOR

• Small business owners filing bills and receipts
• Bookkeepers and accountants collecting documents
• Anyone who emails the same paperwork to the same place, over and over

Scan it. Send it. Done.
