Biruvo: Plans with Friends

Good plans start together. Biruvo brings event details, tasks, messages and preparation into one clear place, so you can spend less time organizing and more time enjoying your plans.

TURN AN IDEA INTO A PLAN
Plan dinners, BBQs, camping trips, birthdays, picnics, meetings and weekends away. Choose an occasion, review suggested tasks or start from scratch. Add dates, a place, details and a cover photo that makes the plan yours.

KNOW WHO IS DOING WHAT
Keep task requests separate from accepted responsibilities. Follow what needs a reply, what is underway and what is done. Add checklists and bring-along items to keep the small details together.

TALK IT THROUGH
Chat with everyone in a plan and message friends from your plans and friend groups directly. Open a friend group to see who has joined. You can report a message or block a person at any time.

START WITHOUT A SIGN-UP FORM
Start without signing in and keep guest plans on your device. Sign in with Apple when you want to invite friends or join shared plans. Share a Biruvo invitation link and keep your group’s plans together.

SHARE WITH CARE
The organizer manages the plan and can grant task permissions. Participants accept their own responsibilities. Shared features need a connection to sync changes. Organizers can set invitation limits, require approval and revoke links.

REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOUR TIME
Choose whether to receive deadline reminders and task request updates. Set quiet hours, mute individual plans and keep task titles private on your lock screen. Find your plans and tasks in Spotlight search.

MAKE IT PERSONAL
Choose themed covers or your own photos, set a profile picture and keep your plans easy to recognize. Native layouts adapt to iPhone and iPad. Available in English, Turkish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Traditional Chinese.

BIRUVO PLUS — ANNUAL OR LIFETIME
Create up to two plans for free. Choose an annual auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase for more plans, plan and direct messages, reusable plans, flexible reminders and shared expense tracking. Friends can join, reply to messages and complete tasks for free. Prices and available features are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel annual subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Biruvo organizes preparation. It does not book venues, collect payments or settle expenses. Keep an exported copy of important plans; synchronization is not a substitute for a backup.
