Push yourself to the limit and test your true level of fitness with your own personal handheld bleep test.
» Perfect for anyone who wishes to test their fitness level
» Ideal for anyone training for police and military fitness assessments.
Unlike the standard bleep test where you turn around after 15 meters, the treadmill version has been specially crafted to display the correct speed you need to run at for each level. This means that the speed will steadily increase as the test progresses.
FEATURES:
» 15m bleep test
» Treadmill support
» Support for Apple Watch
» Support for both MPH and KPH
» Edit your personal target score
» View your average, best and last bleep test score
» Graphical representation of your test history
» Clean and easy to use interface
How it works:
Bleep tests are split into a number of different levels, with a number of beeps at each level. For example, the requirement for police officer candidates in England and Wales is to reach level 5.4 (i.e. level 5, four beeps). The total running time for this is about 3 minutes and 40 seconds.
Bleep test is a commonly used term for shuttle run, multistage fitness test and beep test.
