Block Apps for Prayer - Predah

Predah helps you put prayer before the scroll.

Your phone can pull your attention away before prayer even begins. Predah helps you flip that habit: choose the apps that distract you, pause for a short guided prayer, and return to your day with more peace and intention.

how it works
1. choose which apps you want to block
2. check in with how you feel today
3. pray with a short guided prayer
4. finish prayer and unlock your selected apps

what’s inside
• app blocking with Screen Time / Family Controls
• guided prayers matched to your mood, goals, and day
• morning, noon, evening, and extra prayer reminders
• a 90-day prayer habit plan
• prayer streaks and progress tracking
• Scripture-based reflection after prayer
• basic prayer data stored on your device

good for
• building a daily prayer habit
• reducing screen time without deleting every app
• choosing prayer before Instagram, TikTok, games, or browsing
• returning your attention to God during a busy digital day

Predah is made for Christians who want their phone to become a reminder to pray, not another reason to postpone prayer.

Predah is a habit and reflection tool. It is not medical, emergency, or pastoral advice. App blocking features require Apple Screen Time / Family Controls permission.
