Blur Faces: Photo & Video

Some photos and videos can't be shared as they are.

A face in the background.
A name on a badge.
An address on a package.
A license plate in the driveway.
Private details in a screenshot.

Redactly helps you protect privacy by automatically finding and hiding sensitive information in your photos, screenshots and videos — entirely on your iPhone.

Nothing is uploaded.
No account is required.
No cloud processing.
No watermark.

Your original always stays untouched. Redactly creates a separate redacted copy, so you never lose the original — and that copy is saved with its location and camera data removed.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose a photo, screenshot or video from Photos or Files — or record a new video.
2. Redactly scans it on-device for faces, on-screen text and license plates.
3. Review everything it finds, and tap any face to include or exclude it.
4. Hold to compare the before and after, so you can verify every redaction.
5. Save or share your redacted copy.

Photos are redacted in seconds. Videos are scanned frame by frame with motion tracking.
