BMI Calculator: Body Fat Log

Know your real numbers, not just your weight. BodyMetrics calculates your BMI and body-fat percentage in seconds, then tracks every body measurement until the results show up in the mirror.

The scale lies on its own. Weight swings with water, food and time of day — so BodyMetrics pairs it with waist, chest, hips, arm, thigh and neck, then turns those numbers into a BMI band and a body-fat estimate built from the published U.S. Navy and WHO formulas. Every metric gets its own chart, so you see the slow, real progress the daily scale hides.

WHAT YOU GET
- Instant BMI on a clear gauge with healthy-range bands you can actually read
- A body-fat percentage estimate from the U.S. Navy and WHO formulas, with lean-mass breakdown
- Log weight plus waist, chest, hips, arm, thigh and neck in seconds
- A dedicated trend chart and change delta for every measurement you track
- Goal rings and a projected finish line that keep you moving toward a target
- CSV export of every entry to back up or analyze in a spreadsheet

PERFECT FOR
- Anyone who wants BMI and body-fat numbers without a gym scan
- Lifters tracking recomposition when the scale barely moves
- People losing fat who want proof beyond a single weight number
- Anyone who prefers a private log over a cloud account

WHY NOT JUST USE A BATHROOM SCALE
A scale gives you one number that jumps around with water and meals. BodyMetrics adds the measurements that actually reflect body composition — waist and body-fat percentage — and charts them over weeks, so real change becomes obvious instead of hidden inside daily noise.

PRIVACY
Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no ads, no tracking — ever. The app works 100% offline. It provides general fitness estimates, is not a medical device, and does not give medical advice — consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
