1. Simulate natural sunrise & sunset
- Light gradually increases before your wake up time until your room is filled with bright light. The sunset simulation program prepares your body to sleep by gradually decreasing light and sound to your set duration.
2. Time to sleep alter
- The light automatically turns off seven and a half hours before the morning alarm time you set, and it tells you that it's time to go to bed.
3. Shake to activate
- You can turn on and off the light by shaking your smartphone.
4. Fade-out mode
- Light turns off slowly and automatically after you fall asleep at the set time.
