I want to give this a 5-star because I really like the buds. Use them for my phone with Bluetooth and my steam deck with 2.4ghz. The only issue I have is even if my buds are connected to my phone via Bluetooth the app will just not go past the splash screen and connect to the buds. I uninstalled tried again cleared cache and data, and it just won't connect. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?

Hi Team Hyper, I recently purchased Hyper Cloud lll for my iphone 15 pro max. so I downloaded Hyper INGENUITY to do some changes to my Hyper Cloud lll. When I opened Hyper INGENUITY it doesn't have any features for Hyper Cloud lll. I don't know why there isn't any feature for Hyper Cloud lll. Please Hyper team Add features for Hyper Cloud lll in Hyper INGENUITY in ios & android. Please I am begging you all, that feature will help a lot to use Hyper Cloud lll. Thank You.

I bought a Hyper Quad cast S mic. This is the app that's needed to adjust the mic. But it doesn't open on MacBook. You must use Windows. I've been told there are ways to work around this. But I don't know how to do all that. I tried to download it on my phone. But it only gives an option to pair to earbuds. Very disappointing wish I knew this before I purchased this microphone. I'm really thinking about returning it.

So I recently purchased the Hyper Cloud lll S. I installed the app on my PC and it worked flawlessly. It found my Headset instantly and there were no issues adjusting the EQ ec. I wanted to connect the Headset to my phone aswell, so I downloaded this app. Even though my Headset is turned on and even connected to my phone the app just couldn't find it. There's an option to "pair device", but like I said, its already connected, so why would I need to pair it again? Please fix this issue, Thank you

Does not work. App will not progress past Hyper splash screen. Just bought a pair of Cloud Mix Buds, cannot access EQ settings, as the App is the only way to do this.
