BRCA Box Drain Log is the first app purpose-built for BRCA mutation carriers and High Risk Cancer patients managing JP drain recovery after surgery.

After a bilateral mastectomy, prophylactic surgery, or reconstruction, most patients go home with Jackson-Pratt (JP) drains — and a photocopied paper log sheet. BRCA Box replaces that paper log with a guided, structured, and supportive mobile experience designed specifically for this journey.

BUILT FROM LIVED EXPERIENCE
BRCA Box was created by Gladys Clausen, a BRCA previvor who underwent bilateral mastectomy and experienced firsthand the gap in post-surgical support tools. She is also the author of Modified — The Journey to My New Normal, a memoir about navigating a BRCA diagnosis and preventative surgery.
