How it works:

1 - The seller or agent creates a showing and invites one or more buyers
2 - Buyers join the live walkthrough and follow the host through each room in real time
3 - Buyers capture photos, answer room-specific questions, and record notes as they go
4 - At the end, buyers complete a final summary and generate an automatic PDF report
